Educational services for the recruitment and retention of Mexican American and Latino students at the undergraduate and graduate level in the fields of science, engineering, mathematics technology, health, science policy and education; conducting science fairs, conducting conferences in the fields of engineering, conducting seminars in the fields of engineering and career advice, and conducting student engineering competitions; providing information about educational scholarships; providing information about student internships; and providing undergraduate mentoring for student encouragement and support with the goal of fostering continued interest in science and engineering
