Paella; all types of rice, namely, rice cooked using special ingredients from specific places and which are known in Mexico by the following names: ''a la Mexicana'' (with vegetables such as peas and carrots), ''a la Poblana'' (as prepared in the State of Puebla); ''a la jardinera'' (with vegetables such as peas, carrots, potatoes, green beans, corn, et al); white rice; red rice; green rice; yellow rice; ''a la Veracruzana" (as prepared in the State of Veracruz); ''wild rice''; ''a la Valenciana" (as prepared in Valencia Spain); rice as prepared in China; rice with ''rajas (a particular type of chile) and corn''; rice with beans; steamed rice.
