Leasing of energy generating equipment, namely, leasing of electric power generating equipment to reduce the costs of energy, food, water, waste, and transportation; leasing of heating and cooling equipment, namely, boilers, chillers, heat pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, split systems, packaged systems, louvers, dampers, purifiers and filters
