Organizing, promoting, sponsoring, sanctioning, administering, conducting and operating sports programs for children in the nature of sport teams, sport leagues, sport camps, sport clinics, and after school sport programs; entertainment programs for children in the nature of athletic competitions, scavenger hunts, memory games and carnival type games.
