Charitable services, namely, providing financial support in the nature of providing financial assistance funding to help those in need, namely, disadvantaged individuals, families, and small organizations for the purpose of defraying medical costs not covered through insurance or other means, for supporting those in short-term crisis situations, and for providing assistance to those who do not qualify for assistance from larger social service organizations
