Charitable services, namely, providing coordination of support services and resources for active duty, reserve, national guard, veteran and military families, by means of programs to support and/or reintegrate veterans into the community by providing information and counseling in the fields of employment, education counseling, military benefits, legal services, finance, wellness services, family programs, job training, housing, volunteerism opportunities and other services as needed by veteran and military families
