establishing Oklahoma Country Music Hall of Fame which will acknowledge individuals and groups for their contributions to the music field; the Del City Lions Club, Inc. will be using the name and trademark in conjunction with raising funds to establishing a location within the State of Oklahoma for the Oklahoma Country Music Hall of Fame
