Educational services, namely, providing incentives in the form of scholarships to scholar-athletes and others to demonstrate excellence in the fields of academics, athletics, sportsmanship, good citizenship, values and ethics

Regulating and administering interscholastic athletic competitions; arranging and conducting athletic tournaments and awards and recognition events; arranging and conducting educational conferences in the field of athletics, officiating athletic competitions and sportsmanship; training of sports officials; and providing recognition and incentives by the way of awards to demonstrate excellence in the fields of academics, athletics, sportsmanship, good citizenship, values and ethics
