Providing complaint resolution services; civil investigation and information services related to abuse and neglect against people with disabilities; Advisory and information services in the nature of preparation and provision of reports related to civil investigations with respect to abuse and neglect against people with disabilities; Providing information to people with disabilities about grievance and complaint procedures and other civil rights; Business monitoring of state services provided to people with disabilities and business monitoring of conditions of state residences for people with disabilities, all for social and personal security purposes
