Conducting a public policy and research project in the field of existing individual governments' failure to achieve a worldwide control over marine piracy, namely, providing a project of public advocacy and public policy research services to promote awareness of existing individual governments' failure to achieve a worldwide control over piracy, such as in the waters surrounding Somalia; lobbying a wide range of stakeholders within the maritime community affected by piracy, including ship owners, seafarers, governments, international organizations, the insurance industry, and others with a stake in the issue to promote the interests of the maritime community in the field of law and regulation; conducting business conferences in the field of working towards the goal of a comprehensive, global, and sustainable system to address marine piracy

Arranging and conducting educational conferences for a wide range of stakeholders within the maritime community affected by piracy, including ship owners, seafarers, governments, international organizations, the insurance industry, and others with a stake in the issue; conducting educational seminars and conferences in the field of working towards the goal of a comprehensive, global, and sustainable system to address piracy; publication of electronic media, namely, electronic scholarly papers, electronic books, videos and electronic publications in the field of a global system to address piracy
