Used for athletic instruction of disadvantaged youths, namely summer teaching and supervising children in basketball, football, tennis, softball, track and field, soccer, volleyball, dance, aerobics, badminton, gymnastics, wrestling and other sports; and summer educational services, namely, conducting seminars and workshops for disadvantaged youths in the field of drug and alcohol abuse prevention, nutrition, personal health, career opportunities, job responsibilities, higher education opportunities and careers, community involvement, and other like skills
