An online university accessible through the Internet that will assist housing authorities in training and educating their staff on HUD regulations as well as business and interpersonal skills; educational services, namely, providing online courses of instruction in the fields of HUD regulations and interspersions, technical, and business skills such as communicating effectively with others, computer information technology training, and software skills such as Microsoft Word, all of the foregoing for use by housing authorities to train and educate their staff and customers
