Educational services, namely, providing training, in person, in the class room, on-line and through mobile applications, in the field neo-natal and post-neonatal health care to families and care-takers of children, including understanding and dealing with the health care system, NICU procedures and equipment, available hospital and home care, support groups, payment of medical bills, hospital and community resources, and child advocacy as they relate to neonatal and post-neonatal health care and services

Health care services, namely, providing care and support for antepartum and post partum mothers, families, and others regarding obstetric services before, during and after the birth of a child and neonatal and postneonatal care of children
