Educational services, namely, developing and conducting in-person and online classes, seminars, workshops, presentations, and certification programs in the field of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), community safety, and environmental planning; providing professional development and designation programs for CPTED practitioners; distributing printed and digital course materials in connection therewith; and providing downloadable and non-downloadable educational content, namely, instructional videos, articles, and white papers related to crime prevention, urban design, and community engagement.
