Fiber optic telecommunication services, namely, providing connections to a global computer information network to telecommunication service providers, using a proprietary network comprised of public electric utility electricity distribution lines, public electric utility electricity transmission lines, and/or fiber optic cable, for purposes of electronic, high speed transmission, storage, retrieval and dissemination of data, images, documents and messages
