Working in conjunction with government officials, developers, and elected leaders to improve the quality of life by advocating for the provision of amenities including the waterfront walkway, shops, a public park, on street public parking, etc. and sponsorship of social events, (namely, wine tastings, multicultural festivals, concerts, public gardening, exercise classes and art exhibits). Target audience are local residents, area employees, and people from New York City
