Lactase enzyme preparations for industrial and food-manufacturing use; glycoside hydrolase enzymes derived from the fermentation of Kluyveromyces lactis and Bifidobacterium bifidum for use in the manufacture and processing of lactose-free dairy and other food products, namely for hydrolyzing lactose into glucose and galactose during food and beverage production; all of the foregoing for industrial and commercial food-processing purposes and not for medical, dietary, or nutritional use.
