Providing temporary use of non-downloadable cloud-based software for use in delivering and receiving individualized prescriptive cognitive training; providing temporary use of non-downloadable cloud-based software for use in identifying and diagnosing the needs of students who have language-based learning difficulties or who struggle to learn to read; providing temporary use of non-downloadable cloud-based software for use in customizing curricula according to the weaknesses and performance of students who have language-based learning difficulties or who struggle to learn to read; providing temporary use of non-downloadable cloud-based software for use in monitoring the progress of students who have language-based learning difficulties or who struggle to learn to read; providing temporary use of non-downloadable cloud-based software for use in generating data about the performance of students who have language-based learning difficulties or who struggle to learn to read; providing temporary use of non-downloadable cloud-based children's educational software; software design and development; installation, maintenance, and updating of computer software; technical support services, namely, troubleshooting of computer software problems; electronic data storage; scientific research; scientific study and research in the field of literacy, reading, reading instruction, reading difficulties, learning difficulties, language-based learning difficulties, cognitive profiles, and learning profiles; all of the foregoing services being limited to the field of serving persons who have language-based learning difficulties and being marketed and sold only for use in providing cognitive and educational services to such persons; and none of the foregoing comprising the development, use or sale of medical devices for use in facilitating recovery of impaired extremity motor function or treatment of neurological injury or deficit
