Computer software for use by engineers and product designers that facilitates the design, analysis and simulation of products by using the technique known as "finite element analysis" in the following areas-- 1) structural analysis, including linear static, buckling, prestress, modal, dynamics, nonlinear, steady state, and transient heat transfer; and 2) specialized analysis, including dynamic design and analysis method, composites, optimization, fatigue, computational fluid dynamics, and nonlinear transient response
