Retail stores featuring hemp products, namely, hemp flower extracts, hemp tinctures, hemp edibles, hemp products for pets, hemp derived CBD oils, and hemp derived phytocannabinoids, with any of the goods that are foods, beverages, dietary supplements, medicinal products, therapeutic products, or pet treats not containing CBD, and with the other goods that do contain hemp, that hemp is derived solely from hemp having a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
