Promoting public awareness of the need for federal and state legislation against compulsory unionism, protection against the abuses of compulsory unionism, and the freedom of the American worker to be able to join or refrain from joining a union without adverse consequences; providing legislative and regulatory lobbying services to promote, enact and protect state and federal laws against compulsory unionism; providing lobbying advice to state and regional organizations opposed to compulsory unionism in their efforts to promote, enact and protect state laws against compulsory unionism

Educational services, namely educating the public through public speaking events, distribution of educational literature, radio and television appearances, seminars and town hall forums about their freedom to choose to join or refrain from joining a union, the abuses of compulsory unionism, and the need for legislation to protect against compulsory unionism

Providing legal related advice to state and regional organizations opposed to compulsory unionism in their efforts to promote, enact and protect state laws against compulsory unionism
