Advertising, business management, business administration, and office functions, namely, development, implementation, coordination, and publicizing of a national digital information infrastructure and preservation program and creating selection criteria governing which material should be preserved under the digital preservation program

Scientific and technological services, namely, research and development of a technical infrastructure, and design and development of computer hardware and software, all in connection with a program led by the Library of Congress to develop, coordinate and implement a national strategy to collect, archive, preserve, and make publicly accessible the burgeoning amounts of digital content, especially materials that are created only in digital formats, for current and future generations
