Educational services namely, assisting the education community to increase C3 education efficacy by surveying, collecting, evaluating, maintaining a database of, and reporting information concerning the values, behavior, curriculum needs, curriculum efficacy, practice patterns, and motivational needs of students, educators, parents, government, and business on issues related to cyber-education, cyberethics, cybersafety and cybersecurity
