Charitable services, namely, providing funding for training of Bexar County law enforcement officials in crisis intervention, including educating them on recognizing the signs and symptoms of behavioral disorders so that, in appropriate cases, these law enforcement officials will redirect persons with mental illness to mental health courts and/or mental health providers rather than jailing them; Charitable fundraising services in support of scientific research on behavioral disorders, substance abuse, and intellectual disabilities among children, adolescents, adults, veterans and the homeless; Charitable services, namely, providing funding in Bexar County for jail diversion programs in the nature of initiatives that direct convicted criminal offenders to facilities and treatment programs other than jails and research the impact and outcomes in the community; Charitable fundraising services to support behavioral health care services, rehabilitation for substance abuse patients, health care services for patients with intellectual disabilities, and integrated care services for children, adolescents, adults, veterans and the homeless; Charitable services, namely, providing funding for an adult outpatient mental health clinic
