Recruiting students for member colleges and universities; Associations services, namely, promoting the interests of minority higher education institutions by informing the public of the value of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the contribution of their alumni and encouraging cooperation among special interest groups in support of minority higher education

Educational financial services, namely, providing educational scholarships and charitable fundraising to benefit scholarship funds; Accepting and administering monetary charitable contributions that benefit scholarship fund programs

Education and entertainment services, namely, arranging and conducting classes, seminars, and workshops in the field of achieving college level education and career development; Providing a national series of panel discussions in the fields of historically black colleges and college scholarship opportunities; Entertainment services in the nature of arranging social entertainment events to highlight college students and alumni of historically black colleges; Arranging and conducting special events for social entertainment purposes, namely, production of a national series of events featuring networking and internship opportunities for high school students, college students, and alumni of historically black colleges
