Arranging and conducting of training workshops in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and leadership in athletics, namely, providing educational programs and resources to promote DEI principles and leadership development within athletic organizations; providing recognition and incentives by way of awards to honor individuals and organizations for their contributions to advancing DEI and leadership in athletics.
