Association services; namely promoting the interests of and developing interest in the history, characteristics, use, care, breeding, perpetuation and exhibiting of Spotted Draft Horses; promoting and encouraging spotted draft horse breeding programs and establishing rules and guidelines therefor; collecting and recording the pedigrees of Spotted Draft Horses in the United States; issuing registration papers regarding lineage of Spotted Draft Horses.
