Nanoscale materials, namely nanoparticulate tags, for identification, classification, and/or labeling; nanoscale electronic components; namely wires, resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, batteries, negative differential resistance (NDR) devices, resonant tunneling diodes, ferroelectric switches, shift registers, delay lines, and computers; and computer software for use in the identification of information encoded by nanoscale materials
