financial services offered in connection with the Farm Credit System, namely, providing agriculture loans, lines of credit, leases of real and personal property for use in agricultural operations or agribusiness, financing, mortgage lending, and agri-business lending; farm financial management services; land leasing services; farm leasing services; loan financing services; real estate financing featuring mortgage lending, home equity loans and commercial equity financing; consumer, construction and corporate and business loans and lines of credit; mortgage banking and brokerage services; equipment financing and lease purchasing financing; providing financial information in the fields of agriculture and ranching and rural economic development and infrastructure, delivered by electronic means; economic development in the nature of financing of loans for rural communities and financial consultation pertaining thereto and investing in bonds issued by local communities, organizations or businesses, for development of businesses, housing and healthcare facilities, and other community infrastructure and revitalization projects; charitable services, namely, providing financial grants and financial donations to non-profit and community organizations for projects to enhance education, environment, technology or quality of life in agricultural and rural communities; all the forgoing services exclusive of data analysis and actuarial services analyzing similarities and differences of multiple insurance and reinsurance products of others
