Publications, namely, a series of cartoon books, in the fields of children's poetry, culture and morality featuring an ongoing fictional cast of cartoon characters known collectively as the "My World Friends", and specifically excluding educational publications, namely, textbooks, journals, lesson plans, answer keys, posters, activity cards, wall maps and assessment booklets for use in teaching social studies or geography, and specifically excluding a children's book series about the lives and cultures of young Native Americans
