Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software applications for social networking, creating a virtual community, and to enable uploading, downloading, organizing, accessing, posting, editing, displaying, streaming, tagging, linking, sharing or otherwise providing electronic media or information over the Internet, wireless personal area network technology, wireless telephone networks, or other communications network; computer services, namely, interactive hosting services which allow the user to publish and share their own content and images on-line, via wireless personal area network technology, or via wireless telephone networks, or other communications network
