Creams, namely, topical analgesic creams, medicated skin and body creams, medicated body and skin salves; Herbal tinctures; Elixirs and tinctures for the treatment of nausea, insomnia, anxiety and other ailments; medicated gummy candy, edibles in the nature of dietary and nutritional supplements; none of the foregoing items comprised of Cannabis sativa L with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of which are comprised of cannabidiol (CBD)
