Retail store services featuring a wide variety of consumer goods containing, and for use with, cannabis, not including footwear, clothing, headwear and bags; all goods containing cannabis being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of the aforementioned goods containing CBD or being for use with cannabis containing a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
