Educational services, namely, providing an in-house mentoring program targeted at its own 14 to 22 year-old employee crews in life skills, leadership and professional development, namely, providing the experience of being part of a business team, teaching customer service standards and skills, providing a performance based rewards system that includes increases in pay and responsibility based on performance, teaching weights and measures, teaching cash handling skills, teaching values embraced by the company, providing training skills by assigning more experienced crew members to help train new crew members, providing entry level leadership training via assigned crew leader positions, providing training in scheduling and ordering, assigning oversight of select social media and in-house mystery shopper programs, and providing training in interviewing and hiring skills by assigning more experienced crew members to help interview for new hires
