MEMORY CARE TOOLS

Memory Care Tools is a specially developed kit for caregivers of a person with dementia consisting of a teddy bear, squeeze ball, folding napkins, paper games, markers, and a deck of cards sold together as a unit, that aids the caregiver with the management of challenging behaviors commonly demonstrated by people with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia including but not limited to agitation, confusion, wandering, anger, depression, and similar. The kit comes complete with a communication board on how to effectively communicate with a person with dementia and instructions on how to effectively use these tools to aid in comforting and calming the person with dementia
