Providing financial advisory services and programs to credit union members, namely, analysis, advice, and recommendations on personal investment, products, retirement, and life-event planning for financial investment purposes; providing on-line financial services for credit union members, namely, the ability to access personal accounts, perform on-line trading in the field of stocks, obtain investment brokerage services and purchase of savings bonds and stocks, obtain financial information via electronic means and use on-line financial calculators; providing trust services to credit union members, namely, investment and trust company services; providing the issuance and management of stock certificates backed by loan portfolios which are subsequently managed to insure the integrity of the certificates to credit union members
