conducting training workshops and seminars for professional development in the field of educational assessment, including using assessment results for school improvement and enhancing curriculum and instruction, onsite administration, standards-based classrooms, evaluating student work, and classroom assessment; and providing on-line, networked and computer-based administration of standards-based tests, test lets, practice tests, and individual items for use by primary, elementary, middle, and secondary schools, their teachers, and students; and providing educational and professional development services in the analysis and use of test/assessment data for school and program improvement, improvements to curriculum and instruction, standards-based education, evaluating student work, and classroom assessment; educational testing services, namely, creating, preparing, administering, scoring and reporting results of standards-based assessments for use by primary elementary, middle, and secondary schools
