This service mark is used in connection with the Company's business of creating successor borrowers that are specific to a particular pool of securitized loans to assume loans in such pool as they are defeased; Because these successor borrowers can assume all defeased loans from the designated pool of securitized loans, we refer to them as "Master Successor Borowers
