Transportation services, namely, transporting prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules to a site where a structure is being assembled from such prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules, stacking such prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules according to architectural plans for the structure being assembled, such that adjacent building modules are rigidly connected together using structural connector technology

Manufacturing services, namely, custom manufacturing at a factory location pre-engineered sustainable volumetric building modules to produce a plurality of prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules for use in assembly of a structure from such prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules at a site where the structure is being assembled, the custom manufacturing including pre-installation of most electrical, plumbing, and finishes within such prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules
