MAKING AN EXONEREE

Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences, clinics, practicums and workshops in the field of criminal justice; Legal services, namely promoting the interests of and seeking the exoneration of wrongfully convicted, incarcerated individuals through review, analysis and synthesis of such individuals' legal cases, documentation of the procedural history of their cases, performance of legal research, and participation in developing, assessing and advocating for different legal and related strategies that might lead to exoneration, including but not limited to identifying areas for reinvestigation, preparing critical legal evaluations, optionally assisting legal counsel, developing visual media such as the production of short documentaries, presentations and social media campaigns and websites demonstrating the merits of a case and petitions advocating for the exoneration of such individuals, in an effort to obtain them legal representation and eventual release from prison; and Consulting services to individuals and entities who are conducting similar classes, seminars, conferences, clinics, and workshops in the field of criminal justice for the purpose of exonerating wrongfully convicted, incarcerated individuals.
