Provide workshops, consultative services, classes, conferences, and seminars in the field of mental health, behavioral health, holistic wellness (including yoga, meditation, and reiki) , maternal and child health (including perinatal and postpartum doula care), career and professional development ( including quantitative and qualitative research and consultation services) in the field of mental health, maternal mental health and wellness, perinatal, and postpartum services. Additional services include providing resources namely through online and in-person audio and visual content, publications in the nature of books, newsletters in the fields of mental health( including trainings, courses, supervision, and consultation), holistic wellness, maternal mental health and wellness ( including birth and postpartum doula education and training).

Mental health therapy, supervision, and consultative services (individual and group) to the general public under licensing guidelines and restrictions; providing postpartum and birth doula services, namely prenatal consultation, postpartum and birth planning, birth companionship and emotional support to pregnant women and partners during labor, and postpartum doula services and mental therapy.
