MAGSWIFT

A device that is adopted for attachment to Molle platforms, that attaches to a LBV vest, or other vests used by the Military, Security, Law enforcement, or Civilian in order to mount the firearm and assist with quick one handed reloads of a firearm. Also allows the firearm to stay mounted so the person using it can treat injuries or communicate on the radio.
