Supplements derived from lawful hemp or derivative products, namely, hemp or hemp-infused nutritional supplements in the form of oils used to sooth and relax the muscles, gels used to sooth and relax the muscles, preparations used for treating specific ailments requiring highly reliable dosages, and balms used to nourish and balance the skin, and for anti-inflammatory benefits; hemp-infused tinctures for medical purposes, and nutritional supplements in the form of capsules; all the foregoing being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and all the foregoing not containing CBD
