Computer software for ecommerce, namely software for use in conducting online auctions, or online advertisements and items for sale online where the item(s) being presented for sale are only being offered for sale under the condition that an entire lot of items must be completely allocated to one or more buyers in order for the terms of the sale to be met and sold to the buyers, otherwise the offer to sell the item(s) at the offered pricing and terms disclosed is rescinded.
