Non-medical home care services, namely, arranging of care management services in the nature of the coordination of necessary medical services and appointments and personal care for disabled adults that wish to remain in their homes with daily assistance; Non-medical in-home personal care services for assisting with daily living activities of disabled adults and physically and/or mentally disabled persons; in-home support services to disabled persons, namely, care management services in the nature of the coordination of necessary services and personal care for disabled adult individuals
