A computer based system for the management of an organization that hires and employs people for the operation of the organization. An object of the system is to assist the organization in in complying will all such laws and regulations relating to employees so that that employees of the organization receive all their employment rights under the laws and regulations. Another object is to provide a safe workplace for the employees. The system also will minimize litigation between employee applicants, employees and former employees and the organization and provide information regarding the employer-employee relationship from the hiring step to the termination step if any. Any designated employee of the organization can input information into the system, but access to the information in the system is on a graded scale and only authorized employees can access that information from the system and each employee can only access information that they are authorized to access under their authorization. The system provides all employees with a private communication channel to voice employee related complaints, safety issues, harassment issues and/or discrimination issues. The system will store records of the organizations steps to comply with the laws and regulations, the relevant information regarding the employee from the time of the hiring process to the time of termination, including job and performance reviews, complaints that the employee has filed against the employer or other employees of the organization, the organizations response to such complaints, reported safety issues and the companies response to safety issues, any employee accidents and the organizations response to such accidents, any reported employee harassment and the organizations response to such harassment, any reported employee discrimination and the organizations response to such reported discrimination, and any reported retaliation to an employee for reporting the aforementioned claims and the organizations response to reports of such retaliation. The system also provides a means for employees to report on or identify new business opportunities for the organization and to report on or identify new intellectual properties, such as inventions and copyright works, that the employees have, or are in the process of creating, or could create for the organization
