Unprocessed plants, namely, hemp; live hemp plants intended for subsequent processing; raw and fresh hemp in the forms of flower, kief, shake, trimmed off parts of fresh plants, and agricultural seeds; hemp plants, namely, live hemp plants cloned from other live plants, all of the foregoing being Cannabis sativa L. or part of that plant with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
