THE SYSTEM WILL PROVIDE USERS WITH ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT LOCATION OF ER AND URGENT CARES, AS WELL AS OTHER PROVIDERS, RATING, CONTACT INFO AND PATIENTS' REVIEWS. IT WILL PROVIDE ALSO AN ESTIMATED TRAVEL TIME TO ER OR URGENT CARE. AS A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER, I SEE THAT MANY PEOPLE WHO MAY BE TREATED IN A LESSER URGENT PLACE (LIKE URGENT CARE) STILL COME TO ER AND WAIT FOR HOURS TO BE SEEN BY A PROVIDER. THIS SOFTWARE SYSTEM WILL SAVE TIME AND A LOT OF MONEY FOR INDIVIDUALS AND INSURANCE COMPAGNIES. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THE ER VISIT IS MORE COSTLY THAN URGENT CARE ONE OR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER'S ONE. THIS WAY, INSURANCE COMPAGNIES WILL SAVE MONEY AND HOSPITAL WILL SAVE RESOURCES TO TREAT AND TAKE CARE OF REAL AND LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCIES; THIS APP/SOFTWARE/WEBSITE WILL SAVE RESOURCES TO EMT PEOPLE AND WILL HELP THEM DECIDE WHICH ER THEY SHOULD TAKE A PATIENT BASED ON THE TYPE OF EMERGENCY AND ON WAITING TIME AT ANY GIVEN ER. "ER NEVER WAIT" WILL BE THE NAME OF THE APP AND WEBSITE. THE SYSTEM WILL BE PROMOTED TO USERS, INSURANCE COMPAGNIES, HOSPITALS WITH ER, AND URGENT CARES. THIS APP/SOFTWARE/WEBSITE WILL PROVIDE PATIENTS WITH TIPS AND EDUCATE THEM ABOUT WHAT TYPES OF EMERGENCIES THEY SHOULD SEEK HELP FOR AND WHAT THEY CAN DO TO AVOID HOURS OF WAITING IN THE ER. A LOT OF URGENT CARE PLACES CLOSE AT NIGHT. THIS SYSTEM WILL BE STILL USEFUL BECAUSE IT WILL TELL PATIENTS ABOUT THE WAITING TIME IN ER AND LET THEM DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO SPEND TIME WAITING FOR HOURS TO SEE A PROVIDER IN CASE THEY DO NOT NEED TO.
