LIFETIME WEIGHTLOSS mark is used on a weightloss journal; The journal uses fat and calories to obtain what is called a "score"; The journal has an index of foods with prefigured scores, again based on fat and calories in a particular food; The journal has been copywritten, and is currently being used by individuals for the purpose of weightloss; This journal is used in conjunction with instruction and tips on how to lose weight, which are not written in the journal; Therefore LIFETIME WEIGHTLOSS is a program of weightloss; I am unsure if LIFETIME WEIGHTLOSS is a good or a service or both; I am paying the $335, if I need pay more please advise me of that fact
