Charitable services, namely, providing academic, social and athletic mentoring for disadvantaged youth; educational support for disadvantaged youth, namely, tutoring in the field of mathematics and reading comprehension and developing educational curriculums for others in the field of mathematics and reading comprehension; and athletic and outdoor recreation programs for disadvantaged youth, namely, encouraging amateur sports and physical education by organizing and conducting amateur athletic programs and activities
